At Kashees Boutique, we take pride in creating bespoke bridal dresses and custom-sized outfits tailored exclusively for each customer. To maintain the uniqueness and quality of our services, we have outlined the following policies regarding returns and refunds:

1. No Refund Policy

• All orders are crafted on-demand and customized to your specific requirements.
• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Return Policy

• Custom Orders: Returns are not accepted for bridal or customized dresses, as these are made exclusively for you.

3. Order Cancellations

• Once the production process has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
• If you wish to cancel an order before production begins, please contact us immediately. Approval is at our discretion.

4. Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer exchanges for customized dresses.
